Computer and consumer electronics retailer PC Express has begun carrying and selling the latest Apple Mac Mini desktop computer featuring the new M2 chip. The Mac Mini line is Apple's small form factor desktop offering, packing significant processing power into a compact 19.7cm square aluminum chassis.
The new next-generation M2 silicon from Apple brings performance improvements through a 25% transistor increase and 50% higher memory bandwidth versus the previous generation M1. This enables noticeably faster workflow completion for photo and video editing, 3D rendering, music production, coding compiles, gaming frame rates, and other intensive tasks.
Specifically, the Mac Mini M2 systems available now at PC Express are configured with Apple's new 8-core CPU M2 chip, 8GB of unified memory, 512GB SSD storage, Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, two Thunderbolt 4 ports, two USB-A ports, Gigabit Ethernet, and HDMI connectivity. This hardware configuration allows it to natively support up to two displays at resolutions up to 6K at 60Hz.
The Mac Mini M2 desktop alone is priced at 48,500 PHP. Additionally, PC Express is offering a full Mac Mini package which bundles the computer with accessories for 54,995 PHP. These packages include a 24" 1080p HP monitor, HP wireless keyboard, and mouse.
