• CCTV footage within store premises


How We Use Your Information: We use your data to process and deliver your orders, communicate with you about your orders, inquiries, and feedback, enhance our products and services, maintain our records efficiently, ensure the security of our website and business operations, comply with legal and regulatory obligations.


Sharing Your Data: We do not sell your personal data. Your data may be shared only, when necessary, with trusted and authorized partners who assist us in operating our business and delivering services, such as suppliers, authorized service centers, delivery providers, payment partners, and government agencies when required by law. These parties are contractually required to keep your information confidential and secure. We share only the minimum necessary data, such as service or repair records, device information, and relevant CCTV footage, strictly for warranty validation, service processing, security investigations, or legal compliance. Data may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and property of PC Express and its customers.


Keeping Your Data Safe: Your personal data is stored and processed only in authorized and secure locations, including:
• Company-owned digital systems used for sales, warranty, and service processing.
• Company-authorized cloud platforms with restricted access for record management and reporting.
• Local branch computers and servers secured with passwords and access controls.
• Physical documents stored in locked filing cabinets within PC Express premises.
• CCTV recordings stored in secured digital video recorders (DVRs/NVRs) accessible only to authorized personnel.


Retention Periods:
• Sales and warranty records: 5 years
• Service and repair records: 1 year after warranty period
• Delivery records: 6 months to 1 year
• Customer inquiries or complaints: 1 year after resolution
• CCTV footage: 30 to 90 days
All personal data is securely deleted, overwritten, or physically destroyed after the applicable retention period.

Risks and Protection Measures:
Potential risks include unauthorized access, loss, or misuse of data. To address these risks, we
implement:
• Role-based and password-protected access.
• Restricted physical access to records.
• Encrypted systems.
• CCTV access controls and audit logs.
• Regular staff training and compliance reviews.


Automated Access or Processing:
Personal data may be accessed through authorized computerized systems for sales, warranty, and service processing. No automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or significant effects is conducted.

• Request deletion of data no longer needed.

8. Right to File a Complaint – The right to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission if you feel your personal information has been misused or your rights violated.

International Users
Please note that we may transfer, store and process your personal information outside the country you live in, including the United States. Your personal information is also processed by staff and third-party service providers and partners in these countries.

If we transfer your personal information out of Europe, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
