TAIPEI, Taiwan - ASUS has announced two new AMD Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards geared towards premium gaming performance - the TUF Gaming AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE and ASUS Dual AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE.
The TUF Gaming variant offers 5120 AMD stream processors - specialized processing units designed to handle graphical tasks like rendering and lighting. It also comes equipped with 16GB of GDDR6 video memory on a 256-bit bus to enable handling high-resolution textures and assets. With clocks up to 2391 MHz in OC mode and a robust cooling solution with three 11-blade axial-tech fans and a vented backplate, this card aims to deliver smooth, high-fidelity graphics for immersive gaming.

Meanwhile, the more compact Dual series card still packs the same graphical horsepower with its 5120 stream processors and 16GB VRAM. Although equipped with two axial-tech fans instead of three, it can reach boosted speeds up to 2366 MHz. Its smaller size makes it suitable for small form factor builds.
AMD stream processors handle parallel processing tasks focused on graphics, calculating lighting, rendering scenes, and drawing models. Both the TUF Gaming and Dual AMD Radeon RX 7900 GRE cards promise excellent price-to-performance ratios to power high-end gaming rigs.
