Promo Mechanics:
1. This raffle promo is open to all consumers of PC Express who will purchase KINGSTON (NV3/K300, FURY DRR4, DRR5, RGB AND EXTERNAL SSD XS1000) products in all PC Express stores nationwide from December 20, 2024 to January 31, 2025.
2. Consumers are entitled to join the raffle upon purchase of participating Kingston Products. Number of Raffle Stub/Entry is equivalent to the number of participating Kingston Item purchased (1 item:1 stub).
3. To join the draw, customer must completely fill-up the raffle stub with their Full Name, Phone No., Complete Home Address, Email Address, Sales Invoice Number and Signature and shall be dropped in the drop boxes located in the participating stores.
4. The Draw date and prizes to be given away are as follows:

5. All drop boxes will be collected from February 1-13, 2025.
6. Raffle draw will be held at PC Express SM North II on February 14, 2025 at 2:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
7. A participant may only win once. If a name gets drawn more than once, the winner gets the prize of higher value.
8. The winners shall be notified via SMS, and Registered Mail.
9. Winners may claim their prizes to their preferred PC Express Branch and they must present a valid ID.
10. PC Express will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00.
11. If claiming thru an authorized representative, winner must present the following:
a. Authorization letter from the customer.
b. Photocopies of one (1) valid ID for both the customer and the claiming representative.
c. photocopy/original sales invoice.

*Incomplete requirements will not be processed.
12. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered mail or it will be forfeited in favor of PC Express with prior approval of DTI.
13. All prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
14. In case of disputes, PC Express’ decision in concurrence with DTI-FTEB shall be final and non-negotiable.
15. The winners shall agree to be featured in any all-publicity materials related to the promo without further compensation.
16. All employees of PC Express, its sister companies, participating outlets, and other promo partners/third parties, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
