MECHANICS 
1. This promotion is open to all customers who purchase any of the participating  Dell / Alienware models from May 11, 2026 to June 30, 2026.  
2. Customers will receive a FREE Pluxee Gift code with maximum value of PHP  1,500 for every purchase of participating product. See list for corresponding reward value below.

3. How to claim reward: 

a. Register at https://bit.ly/DellBacktoSchoolPromo2026.   
b. Fill up information required including name, address, mobile number, email address. 
c. Upload a copy of government issued identification card.   
d. Upload a copy of official receipt or sales invoice reflecting the model and serial number of product purchased.  
e.  An authorization letter will be required if receipt is registered under a different name/company.  
i. To ensure validity of claim, customer must:  
1. Upload copy of claimant company ID.
2. Upload copy of authorizer company ID and government ID.
f. Customer will receive an auto generated reply once they submit on the promo site and their submission will be routed for verification and  approval.   
g. Verification may take five (5) to seven (7) days.   
i. Incomplete submissions will not be processed. Claimant will be notified on missing requirements so they can resubmit and reupload application. 
ii. Verification timeline will only apply once submitted requirements 
are complete.   
h. Once claims are validated, customer will receive a 10-digit Pluxee Gift 
code and barcode on their registered email from Pluxee. 

4. How to use reward: 

a. There are two ways to claim the reward:   
i. Screenshot or download Pluxee Gift code emailed.  
1. Present Pluxee Gift code as a mode of payment at any 
Pluxee-eligible merchant nationwide.   
2. The cashier will scan/input the Pluxee Gift code to process 
payment on your purchase.   
3. Once payment is processed, customer will receive a 
receipt.   
ii. Download the Pluxee app and convert Pluxee Gift code to Pluxee 
Gift credits. 
How to download:  
1. Download the “Pluxee Philippines” app in the iOS App Store  / Google Play Store and create an account.  
2. Upon registration, you will be prompted to convert your Pluxee Gift code.  
3. Select Pluxee Gift and enter your 10-digit Pluxee Gift code and tap “Convert Now.”  
4. Customers may use their Pluxee Gift credits as a mode of payment at any Pluxee-eligible merchant nationwide.  
1. via GC Code  
a. Tap “Pay” and choose “GC Code.”  
b. Enter exact transaction amount.  
c. Tap “Generate code.”  
d. Present code to merchant’s cashier.  
e. Receipt will appear upon successful transaction.  
2. via QR Code  
a. Tap “Pay” and choose “QR Code.”  
b. Scan the merchant’s QR code.  
c. Enter exact transaction amount and click “Pay Now.”  
d. Swipe to pay and complete the transaction.  
e. Receipt will appear upon successful transaction.  
5. Customers may use their Pluxee Gift credits to buy e vouchers in the “Store” tab of the Pluxee app.  
a. Select desired merchant and e-voucher denomination.  
b. Click “Pay.”  
c. Once order is processed, a receipt, along with your evoucher code, will appear.  
d. Enter your e-voucher code in your chosen merchant’s app to redeem your voucher.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS 

1. Pluxee Gift codes are one-time use only.  
a. Pluxee Gift codes are valid for in-store purchases only.    
2. Pluxee Gift credits can be used multiple times, depending on the customer’s balance.  
a. Pluxee Gift credits are valid in online and in-store purchases.  
3. Any amount beyond the value of the Pluxee Gift code or credit will be paid for by the customer. 
4. No change will be issued for the use of Pluxee Gift code.   
5. You may check if your Pluxee Gift code has been converted into Pluxee Gift credits on the 'Home' tab of the Pluxee app.  
6. Customers have sixty (60) days after end or promo period to claim reward.   
7. Unclaimed rewards after the end of the 60-day promo claim period will be forfeited.   
8. Maximum claim per transaction and customer is at three (3) units.   
9. Maximum time to receive reward upon verification may take up to twenty (20) days.  
10. Reward items are not convertible to cash.  
11. Rewards are only applicable to participating products purchased at official participating stores. 
12. In case of any dispute, the decision of Dell Technologies Philippines and its facilitating agency with the concurrence of DTI will prevail.
