APC x BYD Promo Mechanics
Promo Period: June 1 to December 31, 2025.
I. General Promo Info
1. This promotion is made by Schneider Electric Philippines, Inc., Schneider Electric IT Philippines, and APC (collectively referred to as "Schneider Electric Philippines")
2. This promotion will be managed by the agency, Exigent Marketing and Communications Co.
3. Promo Period: The promo runs from June 1 to December 31, 2025. All purchases within this period are eligible for submission.
4. Eligibility:
o Open to all end users (18 years old and above) who purchase from participating stores nationwide.
o Employees, directors and officers of Schneider Electric Philippines, the participating partner, all resellers the
agency and their relatives up to the third degree of consanguinity or affinity are not eligible to participate.
II. Raffle Promo
1. Customers shall qualify for the raffle upon purchase of participating products and the required minimum purchase
quantity from any participating store:

3. The following information will be required upon registration:
● Name
● Address
● Mobile number, email address
● Date of purchase
● Last five (5) digits of the OR number
● Total purchase amount

a. Upload required documents:
● Valid Philippine Government ID
● Clear copy of official receipt (OR) or sales invoice with:
o Purchased model
o Quantity
o Serial number
o Invoice date
o Buyer’s name
● If the receipt is under a different name/company, customers will be requested to provide:
o Authorization letter
o Claimant Company ID
o Company ID and a government issued ID of the authorizing person/
4. After submission, customers will be redirected to a Thank You Page displaying their submission ID for tracking.
5. The customer claim will be routed for validation. Validation may take five (5) to seven (7) days.
6. Customers can accumulate receipts for different purchases to qualify for more raffle tickets, provided all receipts reflect purchases made within the promo period. Ticket allocation for additional purchases will be the same as reflected on the table shown above.
a. For purchases of BVX650I-PH, customers will get an increment of one (1) raffle ticket for every purchase of two (2) units.
7. Customers may email claims@apcpromosph.com to verify and check on summary of their raffle tickets.
8. Winners will be drawn in the presence of representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry, Schneider Electric Philippines, BYD Philippines and the facilitating agency.
a. Grand raffle draw will be on January 14, 2026 at the Schneider Electric office.
b. Winner will be notified via registered mail and will receive an SMS notification from Schneider Electric Philippines and/or its representing agency.
c. Winner will be announced via designated Schneider Electric Philippines platforms.
d. Winner will have 60 days to reply, acknowledge, and comply with requirements. Failure to reply will result in forfeiture of the prize and Schneider Electric, together with its facilitating agency, will reward the prize to the second drawn name during the raffle day.
III. Claiming Procedure
Please note that winner must submit documents prior to actual awarding of the vehicle for confirmation.
1. The winner must present below requirements to process their prize:
a. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
b. Notification letter (sent via registered mail)
c. SMS notification from Schneider Electric Philippines
d. Email confirmation of successful e-raffle registration
2. Winners must present the required documents at Exigent Marketing and Communications Co, 202 Chateau Verde
Condominium, Kaimito cor Atis St. Valle Verde 1, Pasig City from Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM or email
them to claims@apcpromosph.com starting January 15 to March 16, 2026.
3. In case the winner is unable to present the registered mail, the winner must present the following to claim their
prize:
a. Notarized Affidavit of Loss
b. Notification letter (sent via registered mail)
c. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs
4. If winner is unable to do a personal appearance and will require a representative, Authorized claiming
representative must present the following:
a. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
b. Notarized Authorization Letter from the winner
c. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the winner
d. Two (2) valid government-issued IDs of the representative
e. Notification letter (via registered mail)

5. The following inclusions will be considered free and shouldered by BYD and Schneider Electric Philippines:
a. LTO Registration for three (3) years
b. Matting
c. Tint
d. Premium BYD merchandise.
6. The winner will shoulder all other related costs, including:
a. Prize tax
b. Insurance
c. Charger installation costs
d. Freight (if applicable)
7. In case the winner decides to decline the reward due to payables borne by winner, customer must send a notarized
quit claim stating that he/she will no longer claim the prize.
8. Once quit claim is received, Schneider Electric Philippines will proceed to contact second drawn name and reward
the prize.
9. If all winners decide to forfeit their prize, Schneider Electric Philippines, with the approval of the Department of
Trade and Industry, will proceed to forfeit the prize in favor of the company.
10. Official awarding and turnover of vehicle will take place at the at BYD Global City, 938 28th St., Taguig, Metro
Manila with the presence of Schneider Electric Philippines representatives, BYD representatives, and agency
representatives.
IV. General Terms and Conditions:
1. Vehicle color on point-of-sale materials may vary from actual vehicle to be given. Vehicle color will be
predetermined by Schneider Electric Philippines and its facilitating agency.
2. Customers have sixty (60) days after the end of promo period to claim the reward.
3. Unclaimed rewards after the end of the 60-day promo claim period will be forfeited.
4. Only applicable to participating products purchased at official participating stores.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of Schneider Electric Philippines and its facilitating agency with the
concurrence of DTI will prevail.
