Acer Back to School, Bag of Deals Promo 2026

• Upon registration of the serial number in our warranty registration, need to prepare the following 
requirement. 

1. 1.  Serial Number of the Acer Product 

      Submit a clear scanned or photographed copy of the cut-out serial number from the 

      box of your purchased Acer Product. 

      1.1 The serial number must be physically cut out from the Acer Product box to 

      prevent fraudulent claims 

      1.2 Images showing the serial number still attached to the box will be 

      considered invalid. 

      1.3. If the image is unclear, you may be required to submit a clearer copy or a 

      photo of the serial number label in the Acer Product.

   2. Official Sales Invoice

      Provide a scanned or photographed copy of the original sales invoice containing the 

      following details:

      2.1 Sales invoice number and date of purchase 

      2.2 Customer’s full name, address and contact details (mobile/email) 

      2.3 Acer Product model purchased including serial number 

      2.4 Store name and branch location 

      2.5 Name of transacting sales representative.

   3. Valid Government Issued – ID 

      Submit a clear copy of any one (1) of the following IDs. 

      Driver's License 

      Passport 

      PRC ID 

      SSS ID / GSIS ID 

      Postal ID 

      Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID) 

      TIN ID 

      HDMF / Pag-Ibig ID 

      OFW ID / OWWA ID 

      POEA ID 

 4. Additional requirements for Company Purchases.  If the sales invoice is under a company, the claiming representative must also submit  the following documents in their claim. 
4.1 Authorization letter from the company (on official company letterhead).
4.2 Valid IDs of both the authorized signatory and the claiming representative.

3. If the registered product qualifies for the promotion, an eGift will be sent via SMS and email to the customer’s provided contact details within five (5) business days of completing the warranty registration. 

4. To redeem the eGift, customers must select their preferred merchant from the list of participating partners provided via the link in the SMS and email notification. 

5. For warranty redemption and / or on-site services availment, customer must call Acer Hotline at (02) 8555 2300 for verification and claiming process. 

6. This promo is valid from May 8, 2026, to July 19, 2026. Customers must redeem their eGift by September 19, 2025 (60 days after the promotion ends). The eGift is valid until fully consumed. 

7. The eGift provided is transferrable but not convertible to cash. 

8. This promo is exclusively available to end-users. Each customer or company can redeem a maximum of five (5) eGifts. 

9. Only purchases made from Acer Concept Stores, Acer Authorized Resellers, and/or the Acer Philippines Online Store qualify for this promotion. 

10. This promotion can be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions and/or discounts.
