Microsoft has announced the release of Windows 11 Builds 22621.3227 and 22631.3227 (KB5034848) to Windows Insiders in the Release Preview Channel. These builds are tailored for Windows 11, version 22H2 (Build 22621) and version 23H2 (Build 22631), respectively.
Accompanying these updates is the rollout of the February Windows Configuration Update (KB5035349) for both versions. This update brings several enhancements and new features to users, including expanded language support for voice access, improvements to the Windows share window, and enhancements to Nearby Share transfer speeds.

Among the notable additions introduced with the February Windows Configuration Update are:
- Voice access is now available in additional languages: French (France, Canada), German, and Spanish (Spain, Mexico).
- Enhanced functionality for voice access across multiple displays, including voice shortcuts and custom commands.
- Preview of ten natural voices in Narrator before downloading.
- Improvements to Windows share window, including support for sharing with WhatsApp.
- Quick settings for enabling Nearby Share and renaming devices for identification.
Moreover, users can expect enhancements to Snap Layouts, Windows 365 Boot, and Windows 365 Switch functionalities. The update also allows users to receive the latest updates as soon as they are available by toggling the appropriate setting in Windows Update.
KB5034848, the accompanying update, includes a range of fixes addressing various issues such as Notepad and Microsoft Edge glitches, networking issues, and problems related to Remote Desktop Web Authentication. Additionally, improvements have been made to the Copilot in Windows icon placement and the Phone Link settings page has been renamed to Mobile devices.
