Shipping policy


We take pride in our seamless delivery process, ensuring your orders reach you promptly and securely. When placing an order within the Philippines, PC Express or its affiliated entities will manage delivery, provided the destination falls within our delivery network's coverage. Rest assured, your chosen products will be delivered to the address you specify during checkout.

Please be aware that the shipping fees displayed on our website may be subject to adjustments. Before finalizing your orders and processing your payment, we will promptly notify you of any changes.

For deliveries within Metro Manila, the standard fulfillment period is approximately 5 days, barring any prior arrangements with our PC Express Sales Representative. On the day of delivery, one of our representatives will contact you to confirm your availability to receive the parcel. In instances where you are unreachable or unavailable, the delivery will be rescheduled for the subsequent batch.

We would like to note that PC Express holds no liability for non-delivery of a product due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Unavailability of the cardholder or authorized representative
  • Incomplete or inaccurate address details
  • Force Majeure


Our shipments are safeguarded by our Partner Couriers, and items are meticulously packaged to prevent any damage during transit. In the event of any damage, missing items, or issues with the received parcel, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will collaborate with our partner courier to address the matter efficiently. If possible, providing a video that captures the parcel's condition will facilitate the claims and return process for the products. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we are committed to ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
