This promotion is open to all customers who bought from any participating
brands in any participating stores from November 18, 2022, to December 18, 2022.
For every single receipt purchase of any product of any participating Taiwan Excellence Brands worth at least 3,000 PHP within the promo period, a customer is entitled to one (1) raffle entry. Only one (1) raffle entry will be given per sales transaction regardless of the amount or quantity of Taiwan Excellence Brands products.
Participating brands are the following:
1. Acer, Adata, Asrock, Asus, AverMedia, BenQ, Cooler Master, D-Link, Powercolor, Gigabyte, Liteon, MSI, Synology, Thermaltake, Transcend, FSP, Inwin, Qnap, TeamGroup, and Zyxel
Promotion is available in participating branches:
1. PC Express – Market! Market!
2. PC Express – Festival Mall
To enter the raffle, the customers must accurately and clearly fill out the raffle coupon with the following details: Full Name, Complete Address, Email Address, Contact Number, Name of Branch, and Signature.
Drop the filled-out raffle coupon in the drop boxes located at any participating PC Express, PCX, and Concept Store Branches
The following are the prizes to be given away:
1. 1st Prize – one (1) winner of PCX Chimera Raider TUF Gaming Desktop Powered By ASUS
2. 2nd Prize – one (1) winner of PCX Griffin XS Gaming Desktop Powered by MSI
3. Consolation Prize – five (5) winners of ASUS TUF Gaming Combo (K1 AND M3) Keyboard and Mouse & ASUS TUF Gaming H3 Headset
The deadline for submission of raffle entries is on December 18, 2022, until 9:00 PM
The raffle draw will be held on December 21, 2022, Wednesday at 4:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative at PC Express Head Office in San Juan Metro Manila.
A participant may win only once. If a name gets drawn more than once, the winner gets a prize of higher value.
The winners shall be notified via registered mail, SMS, and email.
Winners should email the following documents to [email protected] for verification:
1. Winning Raffle Coupon
2. Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or Official Receipt)
3. One (1) valid ID (passport, driver’s license, SSS ID, PRC ID, etc.)
4. Complete delivery address
After verification of documents, the prizes can be claimed at any participating store/branch
PC Express will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00.
If the sales invoice is named after a company, the claiming representative should include the following requirements:
1. Official authorization letter from the company bearing the company letterhead
2. Photocopies of one (1) valid ID of each of both the company’s authorized signatory and the claiming representative (photocopies must be clear and legible)
If a representative shall claim on behalf of the customer whose name appears on the sales invoice, the representative should include the following requirements:
1. Authorization letter from the customer
2. Photocopies of one (1) valid ID for each of both the customer and the claiming representative (photocopies must be clear and legible)
Prizes for the winners that didn’t submit the required documents after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of PC Express management with prior approval from DTI.
All prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
In case of disputes, PC Express’ decision in concurrence with DTI-FTEB shall be final and non-negotiable.
The winners agree to be featured in any publicity materials related to the promo without further compensation.
All employees of PC Express, its sister companies, participating outlets, and other promo partners/third parties, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
By participating in this promo, participants agree to provide their information to the sponsor for the sole purpose of the promo in accordance with existing provisions of the Privacy Act Law.
