The deadline for submission of entries is on December 15, 2022, until 11:59 PM
The raffle draw will be held to be held online on December 20, 2022, Friday at 4:00 PM in the presence of a DTI representative.
A participant may win only once. If a name gets drawn more than once, the winner gets a prize of higher value.
Winners should email the following documents to [email protected]:
1. Original registered mail
2. Proof of purchase (Sales Invoice or Official Receipt)
3. One (1) valid ID (passport, driver’s license, SSS ID, PRC ID, etc.)
After verification of documents, the prize will be sent to the nearest PC Express branches for claiming.
PC Express will shoulder the 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00
If the sales invoice is named after a company, the claiming representative should include the following requirements:
1. Official authorization letter from the company bearing the company letterhead
2. Photocopies of one (1) valid ID for each of both the company’s authorized signatories and the claiming representative (photocopies must be clear and legible)
If a representative shall claim on behalf of the customer whose name appears on the sales invoice, the representative should include the following requirements:
1. Authorization letter from the customer
2. Photocopies of one (1) valid ID each of both the customer and the claiming representative (photocopies must be clear and legible) *Incomplete requirements will not be processed*
Prizes for the winners that didn’t submit the required documents after sixty (60) days from receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of PC Express management with prior approval from DTI.
All prizes are transferrable but not convertible to cash.
In case of disputes, PC Express’ decision in concurrence with DTI-FTEB shall be final and non-negotiable.
The winners agree to be featured in any all-publicity materials related to the promo without further compensation.
All employees of PC Express, its sister companies, participating outlets, and other promo partners/third parties, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are automatically disqualified from joining the promo.
