  2. The PCX Sales Rep will verify your orders and inform you of the total amount due as well as the bank, account name, and account number where you can deposit the payment. Please do not make any payments before receiving the payment instructions from us.
  3. Go to any branch of the specified Bank and fill up a Deposit Slip. Double check the account name and number before making the deposit.
  4. Deposit the Total Amount Due
  5. Email us the copy of the validated Deposit Slip at [email protected] with a SUBJECT: <order number> Bank Transfer Payment (example: 123456 Bank Transfer Payment)
  6. After receiving the email, we will be shipping the ordered item/s within 3 working days. Checks are subject to clearing

  3. For 3rd party purchases (e.g. cardholder’s outside the country who want to buy appliances and have it delivered to their families in the Philippines), additional requirements shall be required. Please refer to details as follows:
    1. Cardholder’s signed authorization letter
    2. Clear copy of cardholder’s valid ID with photo and signature.
    3. Clear copy of authorized representative/recipient’s valid ID with photo and signature.
  4. For International credit card, an international valid ID shall be required.
  5. You may be asked to provide additional information or requirement for verification purposes before we accept the order. Please be advised that the additional documents required must be forwarded within 7 days from the date of the notice.
  6. After we receive the requirements and have verified the card holder’s identity, normally takes about 1 to 2 business days after the cardholder completed the requirements, you will receive an email invoice from [email protected] stating that Urquan Inc. (doing business as PC Express) sent you an invoice for the total amount due.
  7. Click on View and Pay InvoiceIMPORTANT: Before clicking any links in the email, kindly ensure that the email is from [email protected]
  8. You will be redirected to PayPal’s Page. Be sure that the URL is https://www.paypal.com/…  The page will contain your billing and shipping information as well as your order details. Double check your order details before proceeding. For any errors, please call our customer service immediately.
  9. Click on the Pay… button at the upper left corner of the page.
  10. If you have a PayPal account, please log in and pay through PayPal. If you don’t have an account, click on the Pay with Debit or Credit Card
  11. Once PayPal has confirmed your payment, we will ship out the ordered items within 3 business days

IMPORTANT: Failure to provide the requirements within 7 working days from the date of notice will cancel your order.

  4. Transfer the Total Amount Due and pay the Remittance Fee
  5. Email us the 12-Digit remittance tracking number together with the Receipt at [email protected] with a SUBJECT: <Order Number> LBC Express Payment. (Example: 123456 LBC Express Payment)
  6. After receiving the transferred money in full, we will be shipping the ordered item/s within 3 working days.

  6. After receiving the transferred money in full, we will be shipping the ordered item/s within 3 working days.
